Salary Range: £21,778 - 24,476 per annum 
Work Location: Winchester based 
Hours per week: 37
Contract Type: Permanent, term time only a consideration

The Role:

This is a full time post within our busy Communications and Engagement team with responsibility for producing a wide range of communication and marketing materials for school customers and internal staff.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a good eye for detail. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team and have the organisational skills to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment. An ability to prioritise and deliver against tight deadlines is a key requirement of this role.

 

In this role you will:


•    Contribute to the production of a range of communication and marketing materials, including curriculum updates and HIAS publications, in a variety of appropriate and accessible formats.
•    Work alongside the Communications and Engagement Officer to optimise the use of available platforms to market services and products to increase customer engagement.
•    Support the production of new sold subscription publications/resources for schools (electronic and printed). 
•    Maintain up to date database of subscribers to sold services publications and resources.
•    Respond to enquiries from customer and staff about subscriptions.
•    Support HCC values, inclusion, diversity, equalities and well-being in ensuring high quality branded marketing, communications and products throughout whole service

 

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
 
•    Educated to a good standard, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent level qualification
•    Ability to communicate effectively at all levels in the organisation and with customers.
•    An eye for detail.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Good organisational and prioritisation skills.
•    Computer literacy and experience of using the Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher would be beneficial.
