The Role:

A career in Facilities Management is a career unlike any other. Our teams deliver a suite of services to thousands of staff across the Hampshire County Council network. Supported by friendly colleagues with varied skills and expertise, you'll have plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in a diverse range of areas.

You'll be a member of an established and hardworking team. You'll be based in Totton Hub or Rookwood, Eastleigh, but have a requirement to support all buildings within the designated area of your responsibility.

Your role will be to deal with the day-to-day management of the team to ensure a clean and safe working environment for all while adhering to current procedures and policies in force in each FM Managed building. To ensure systems and processes are adhered to. You'll ensure key services are delivered across all sites by making best use of available resources.

Confident and dependable, you'll have experience in a similar role. You'll be able to work efficiently as part of a team, supervise others, and demonstrate a real commitment to customer service. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to deal with a range of situations in a positive and professional manner with a range of key stakeholders.

This post is working across the South West of the County - including Totton, Eastleigh, Romsey, Bartley and Lymington.
