The Role:
Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic administrative professional, looking for a business support role that could make a real difference to children’s lives in our region?
Adopt South is the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton local authorities, who provide a range of services to prospective adopters(s), adoptive families, adoptees and birth family members.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you will be trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with accuracy and care, often within tight timescales. You’ll help ensure that safeguarding processes run smoothly by maintaining high quality records, uploading essential information to our IT systems, and contributing to key reporting tasks that keep children safe. As a confident team player, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues while also being comfortable taking ownership of your tasks and using your judgement. An organised, proactive and people focused Senior Administrative Assistant who thrives in a busy and meaningful work environment. You’ll play a vital role in supporting the professionals across our adoption teams, ensuring they have the information, systems and administrative support they need to deliver high quality work for children and families.
