Salary Range: £21,403 - £24,055 pro rata, per annum 
Work Location: Malmesbury Lawn, Havant 
Hours per week: Part time, 20 Hours per week

The Role:


Here at Malmesbury Lawn, we are looking to appoint a Senior Residential Care Worker that shares our culture of care, respect and independence. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for leading the shift, organising and prioritising daily tasks and delegating to others when appropriate. You’ll also work within an established team to contribute to the development of care plans for people who use our service, ensuring we continually offer a person centred approach. You'll effectively lead, motivate and support staff to promote person centred care and ensure that resident’s needs are met.


Ideally, you’ll have experience of working with older adults in a residential/ nursing setting. We provide 24 hour care to our service users so you will need to have the flexibility needed for the working shift pattern, which includes weekend working. NQV Level 3 would be advantageous but not essential as the opportunity to study towards this qualification is available for the right candidate.
