Job Details:

Salary Range: £48,447 - £54,525 per annum

Work location: Emsworth House, Emsworth

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Permanent

The Role:

We are currently offering a unique opportunity for a dedicated Registered Manager to join the team at Emsworth House Nursing & Residential home. Set in extensive well maintained grounds the established 25 bed residential unit was enhanced with a 48 bed Nursing Unit in 2006.

 

This is a great opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join a team of experienced and passionate staff and lead them to maintain and continually improve the standards of care and support expected of our service users and carers. If you share our values, have experience in management and preferably of working with older adults,  then we would love to hear from you. 

 

The post will require some evening and weekend working, which could be required adhoc and at short notice, therefore you will need to be flexible and responsive to the needs of the service.

 

Part of your role will be to work collaboratively with the other managers and senior managers to effectively respond to the growing demand for care across the county and ensure a supportive and consistent service. You must hold an appropriate qualification recognised by CQC for registration
