Job Details:

Salary Range: £21,778 - £24,476 pro-rata, per annum
Work Location: North Hampshire and South Hampshire 
Hours per week: Flexible up to a maximum of 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent and Temporary positions available

We have a range of opportunities that involve working with older adults and younger adults, people with learning disabilities or people with mental health challenges.  

 

Working as a Caseworker you will be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals to assess people in the community and provide them with support and guidance to enable them to maximise their wellbeing.  

 

The service focuses on taking a strengths-based approach which looks to maximise what a person can do while also finding innovative alternative community resources to meet their needs. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills who can build and maintain positive relationships with their colleagues, the people who use our services and the people in their communities who can provide additional support. 

 

Ideally you will have some experience of assessing and supporting individuals in a social care setting.
