Salary: Scale 5, £30,333- £32,613 per annum

About The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive administrator to support our strategic programmes and projects across the force.
In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support to the Management Team, helping coordinate tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations within the Business Improvement Team (BIT).
You’ll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather key information, prepare documents, and keep programme and project activities on track. This includes producing reports, procedures, flow charts, presentations, agendas, and other supporting materials.
You’ll also assist with preparing management updates and supporting ongoing improvements to business‑as‑usual processes.
After 12 months in post there will be an opportunity to complete a project/change management apprenticeship.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 2 (5 passes) OR work experience
deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable
level.
Essential Experience
Experience in a busy office environment.
To have had experience in dealing with a variety of
organisations and communicating at all levels.
Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point,
and has had responsibility for designing and producing
complex spreadsheets and diagrams.
