Job Title: Training Administrator - HC622915 X2
Location: Support Headquarters, Netley
Salary: Scale 4, £27,204 - £29,859 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: Sunday 4th January 2026 at 23:59 hours
Job Purpose
You will deal with a range of administrative, clerical and financial tasks in support
of designated training activities, consistent with Department and Force
requirements. You will be a point of contact for the Training Team and deal with administrative queries.
Your help with creation , monitoring and maintenance of learning/training management systems
and action general queries from users. You will also represent the training team at meetings.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes) OR work experience
deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable
level.
Essential Experience
Administrative experience in a busy office using a range of
office systems.
Familiarity with manual and computerised systems.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Methodical, well organised and able to prioritise and
manage own workload.
Computer literacy with good keyboard skills.
Ability to work on own initiative, unsupervised.
