Salary range: £20,852 to £23,023 per annum

Work location: Witney Children & Family Centre

Hours per week: 37 hours per week (Monday – Thursday 8.30-5.00; Friday 8.30-4.00)

Contract type: Permanent

About the role

The Business Support Assistants’ role is crucial in supporting our Early Help Practitioners and Family Solutions Plus social workers, to work effectively to deliver outstanding services to local children and families in your community.


The Business Support Assistant is key in the running of the reception and front of house duties for the Children & Family Centre, which involves providing administrative support to the Centre Manager on the day-to-day reception and facilities activities such as managing meeting room bookings, reporting on building maintenance and meeting and greeting visitors.  You will be supporting practitioners directly, which includes answering telephone calls, diary management, financial processes, team inbox management and some occasional minuting requirements.

About you


You will be a person who can build excellent working relationships with professionals and members of the public.  You will be a highly organised individual, with good IT skills and will be able to provide efficient first-class customer service to all users of the Centre.
