Team Manager (Moving into Adulthood Team) OCC56390

Salary Range: £46,845 - £49,860 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £23,422 – 24,930 per annum)

Hours per week: 18.5

Work location: Countywide role - office base to be discussed during interview as we want to be as flexible as possible

Contract Type: Permanent

Closing Date: Thursday 15th April 2021

Interview Date: TBC - As part of the interview process you will be asked to complete a 10 minute presentation. Further details will be provided to successful candidates.

Are you a passionate person who wants to improve the outcomes for young people moving into adult life working within a creative, confident and ambitious organisation? We currently have a part time Team Manager opportunity managing the Moving into Adulthood Team within our newly formed Moving into Adulthood and Sensory Impairment Service.

You will...

 

  • Have a Social Work or Occupational Therapist qualification and be registered with Social Work England or the Heath and Care Professions Council
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Have the passion to promote people’s strengths and the ability to make a difference

 

In addition, you should have the ability to travel to and access a variety of premises across Oxfordshire and meet the requirements set out in the selection criteria within the job description.
