Salary Range: £31,346 - £37,890 pro-rata, per annum (salary will be commensurate with level of experience)  

Work Location: Countywide role - office base to be discussed during interview as we want to be as flexible as possible

Hours per week: 37 (part-time hours will be considered) – we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract Type: Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity to join our new Moving into Adulthood Team within Adult Social Care



About us


The team will work with young people between the ages of 18-25. We are looking for people who have a genuine passion for improving outcomes for young people transitioning to Adult Social Care in Oxfordshire.


We want people who are strengths-based and aspirational in their approach with a strong commitment to working with families and our key partners in Children’s Social Care, Education and Health.



About the role

You will...


  • Have a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have the passion to promote people’s strengths and the ability to make a difference.
  • In addition, you should have the ability to travel to and access a variety of premises across Oxfordshire and meet the requirements set out in the selection criteria within the job description.
