Salary range: £35,745 - £42,403 per annum (salary will be commensurate with level of experience)
Work location: Oxford City. A combination of remote, face to face and office based working is expected depending on the needs of the people supported. Onsite parking and e-bikes available for easy access to the city.
Hours per week: 37 – we are open to discussions about flexible working
Contract type: Permanent

About the role

 

Working alongside a high performing team you will lead your community with the ‘wellbeing principle’ at its heart.  As part of this, you will:

 

 

  • Support and empower people in your community though using your moving and handling, seating and posture, or housing adaptations skills to name but a few.
  • Help people to solve their own problems including using assistive technology or by ways of doing things differently to improve and maintain their independence.
  • Working with cares or their families to ensure their voice is heard.
