Salary range: £26,999 - £29,636 per annum

Work location: County Hall, Oxford

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Permanent

Can you understand, analyse, and present, complex information in a way that is insightful, and easily understood, with an eye for detail, an aptitude for quantitative information, and an ability to meet challenging deadlines? About us

 

Following promotions for a number of existing staff, Oxfordshire County Council's performance and information team is looking for new members of staff who will be able to support these key services.

About the role

 

In this role, you will play a key role in reporting, analysing, and forecasting levels of demand, activity, and outcomes, ensuring statistical returns to government are timely and accurate, and helping us ask how this work can be used to improve services and efficiency in the future.

 

You will work closely with other data-driven teams across the organisation, and our partners, as well as with the professionals in the service areas who produce the raw data and use the analytical outcomes.

About you

 

To be successful in the role, you should have experience of working with data to a high level, have the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise. Experience of working to a high level with performance reporting systems and tools such as Excel and BusinessObjects.
