Salary range: £34,728 - £37,890 per annum

Work location: Graham Hill House, Oxford

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Permanent

Closing date: Friday 23rd April 2021

Interview date: Monday 17th or Tuesday 18th May 2021

 

Vetting requirements: This role is subject to a Criminal Records Check.

 

 

 

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Team Leader to lead the County Print Operation, reporting to Oxfordshire Employment's Team Manager, and working as part of the Oxfordshire Employment Leadership Team.

County Print Finishers' provides real jobs for people whose health or disability is impacting their employment opportunities and is part of Oxfordshire Employment, the council's award winning employment support service. We work in a modern commercial print finishing and production environment, where we also provide data destruction and repackaging services. A skilled support team enables people to reach their goals whilst ensuring that our commercial customers needs are met.

 

 

About you

 

You'll have a strong print industry background, and be familiar with all aspects of modern print, form procurement  to digital and be used to working with print management software such as Tharstern MIS. We're looking for someone with strong social values who enjoys working with people, has a strong can-do approach and a record of leading team performance and working within ISO accreditation processes. The successful candidate should be available to start work on 1st July 2021.
