Salary range: £41,675 - £44,632 per annum (depending on experience). Up to £8,000 Relocation package

Work location: Knights Court, Oxford

Hours per week: 37

Contract type: Permanent

About the role

Working with our Team Managers in the Family Solution Service Team you will be supporting the operational management of the team, motivating, developing and supervising our Senior Practitioners, Social Workers and Family Support Workers.


You will have substantial experience of Children & Families work along with some experience of supervising staff and a strong track record in inter-agency working.

About you

We are keen to hear from you if you have:

  • a professional social work qualification and be HCPC registered with extensive experience of working in a Children and Families setting
  • qualification work experience (applications from non-registered returners welcome)
  • experience of supervising staff
  • experience of working on complex cases, involving Children & Family Courts
  • excellent analytical skills with ability to make well informed decisions
  • the ability to record and produce concise, effective and accurate written work
