Salary range: £19,945 - £22,021 per annum

Work location: County Hall, Oxford

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Permanent

About the Role


The available role is within the Directors Officer supporting a team of Senior Managers at County Hall, Oxford. This job is crucial in supporting managers to work effectively to deliver outstanding services to local children and families in your community.


You will become part of a highly skilled and experienced administrative team, providing direct support to senior managers. Some of work that you will be undertaking will be speaking directly to our partners and professionals in the community, updating our database, diary management and taking minutes of meetings


We have a dedicated training and induction plan where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in all adminsitartive areas.

About You


We are looking for people that are organised, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with professionals and members of the public and will strive to provide efficient and first class customer service.
