Joining our Civil Enforcement (Parking Management) team, you’ll provide administrative support and be able to communicate effectively by telephone, in writing and by e-mail.


You’ll be involved in a range of activities including processing and recording information relating to Penalty Charge Notices and must be able to demonstrate ability to understand legislative documents.


You will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, have strong numerical skills, be able to work to deadlines, be meticulous and be a good team player.

Job Purpose:

Working within a very busy office environment, you may find yourself dealing with challenging and sometimes emotional situations and people so it’s important you’re able to work calmly under pressure and balance competing demands effectively.


You must have excellent organisational and communicating skills, with a customer-focused approach and be experienced in working in an administrative environment with the ability of working calmly and efficiently.


Attention to detail and the need for accuracy are essential requirements for this post. You will take on responsibility and should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Establishing good working relationships and have an excellent manner when dealing with customers and members of the public, is essential.


You will be familiar with Microsoft with fast accurate word processing skills and be familiar with spreadsheets.
