Salary range:  £28,226 - £30,984 per annum 

Work location: Didcot Children and Family Centre, Didcot

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Temporary until 15th June 2023 (providing cover during maternity leave)

About us


The Family Solutions Service in Didcot are seeking to recruit a family support worker to join their Early Help Team temporarily until 15th June 2023, based at Didcot Children and Family Centre in Didcot.



About the role


This role has a flexible working pattern to meet the needs of the service. The ability to travel around the south east of Oxfordshire is essential.

The work will include case management and direct work with children, young people and their families, providing timely support and interventions to address safeguarding concerns and reduce risks to children and young people.

It will also involve leading Team Around the Family meetings and delivering a range of evidence based group programmes to children, young people and families who meet the threshold for the service.
