Salary range: £22,627 - £24,491 per annum

Work location: Oxfordshire countywide

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working 

Contract type: Permanent

About us

 

The Business Support Team in the Directors Office are a small team that work across the services in commissioning and operational services.   As a Business Support Officer in the Directors you will be central in providing high level support to Tier 3 Managers.

 

About the role

 

These posts require high level administrative experience.  Dealing with confidential matters and handling a wide range of enquires through to a satisfactory outcome.  You will carry out research and follow up on planned tasks.

About you

 

We are looking for someone who is organised, pays attention to detail, can work calmly and efficiently under pressure and has good IT skills.


You will be required to work proactively to support Tier 3 managers to perform their duties and requires organisation of workload under minimal supervision.  You will be able to complete confidential tasks, demonstrate discretion and use initiative to effectively support Senior Management Team, staff at all levels and service users.


You must be a good communicator with a customer-focused approach and have previous experience in working in an administrative environment.  You will need to handle sensitive and confidential information whilst remaining empathetic to the needs of service user.
