Job Details

 

Salary range: £22,021 - £23,836  pro-rata, per annum

Work location: The Courtyard Youth Arts Centre, Bicester

Hours per week: 18.5 (Wednesday 1.00pm-5pm, Thursday 8.30am-5pm and Friday 8.30am–4pm)

Contract type: Permanent

Closing date: Friday 17th April 2020

This role is subject to a satisfactory DBS check.

You will be supporting Social Workers, who support families and young people within Oxfordshire.

 

We have a dedicated training and induction plan where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in all administrative areas.

About the Role

 

As an administrator with Children’s Social Care based at Bicester Children and Family Centre in Bicester, you will be part of a team administrators who collaboratively to support the service.Your role will be crucial in supporting teams to work effectively to deliver outstanding services to local children and families in your community.

 

Your duties will include:

 

  • Booking appointments
  • Reception duties
  • Uploading information in our database
  • Creating financial transactions
  • Supporting our Social Workers
  • Completing business processes
About You

 

We are looking for people who are organised, have good ICT skills and can build excellent working relationships with professionals and members of the public and will strive to provide efficient and first class customer service.
