Salary range: £27,741 - £33,782 per annum

Work location: Samuelson House, Banbury

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working

Contract type: Temporary for 12 months

About us and the role

 

Oxfordshire County Council are looking for a passionate and motivated Leaving Care Personal Advisor to be responsible for providing flexible support and advice to young people and adults, 16 - 25 years, who are preparing and planning to leave care including throughout their transition to adulthood in accordance with the Leaving Care Act requirements.
