Social Worker Personal Assistant - Family Solutions Plus, Children’s Services

About the role


The development of these new teams creates a number of new administrative vacancies, so this is a very exciting time to join us as you’ll help to shape our teams! We are looking for Team Co-ordinators and Social Worker Personal Assistants to provide administrative support to our teams across the county.

We have a dedicated training and induction plan for all new starters where we will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in business administration in order for you to be successful in your role.

About you


Social Worker PAs are crucial in supporting our social workers to work effectively to deliver outstanding services to local children and families in your community.


Social Worker PAs will support our social workers directly, which includes diary management and answering calls from clients. They will need to build excellent working relationships with professionals and members of the public and providing efficient and first-class customer service. They will be expected to help Social workers keep on top of their recording, strong IT skills are essential as you’ll be uploading and analysing data regularly.


We can offer flexible working, enabling our PAs to work from home but there will be a requirement to attend the office at least a couple of times per month and be expected to travel.  We are interested to hear from individuals looking for part time and full-time positions.
