Work Location: Three Minsters House, Winchester (Hybrid working with flexibility to work from home part of the week)
Hours per week: 37 (part-time hours and flexible working considered)

Hampshire County Council (HCC) Property Services is a pioneering public sector organisation with a national reputation for design, procurement and asset management. We are a 400-strong, integrated, multi-disciplinary team delivering a wide range of building and asset management projects for the County Council and other partner organisations, by successfully matching a commercial approach to a public sector brief. HCC has a challenging Climate Change Action Plan which our work helps to drive. 


We are looking to recruit a Real Estate or related surveying graduate with an RICS-accredited degree who wants to complete their APC training whilst working on a range of challenging and fulfilling projects, from new school sites in major development areas, to extra care housing sites and major highway schemes together with the management of operational and investment properties from libraries to industrial estates. The role is based in the estates management team, providing valuation and estates advice, to ensure the most effective use of the land and property assets of the County Council and other public sector partners.
