You will be joining a team of supportive and hardworking individuals at our Winchester office to deliver a professional Helpdesk Service managing a range of maintenance and soft FM issues.

 

You will possess excellent IT skills which will enable you to work across a variety of software packages. 

 

You will have great communication skills to help you to build rapport with key stakeholders, contractors, and colleagues across the partnership.

 

Many of the tasks are time critical so you need to be used to working to strict deadlines but have the flexibility to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

 

Confident and dependable, you will be able to work efficiently as part of a team and demonstrate a real commitment to customer service.
