Work Location: The Castle, Winchester (Hybrid working with a mixture of Home working/Office)

We are seeking a qualified general practice surveyor to join our Estates team

 

Hampshire County Council Property Services is a pioneering public service organisation which combines a public sector ethos with a modern, commercial approach. Our large, integrated, multi-disciplinary property team delivers a wide range of projects for the County Council and its many partners, and has a national reputation for successful design, asset management and procurement.

 

We are seeking a qualified general practice surveyor with substantial experience to join our Estates team based in Winchester. Your role will be to manage a range of key property projects and provide quality advice and professional services to the County Council and its partners. Your focus will be on property rationalisations, acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and property management.

 

You will be a highly motivated individual, with strong project leadership skills. You will be an excellent communicator and negotiator. You will be technically astute and have a strong business acumen.
