Advert Text:

We are looking for a Senior Administration Assistant to work in our Children's Services Learning Event Support Team, who is committed to providing excellent customer service and supporting back office functions for delivery of our training, events, and innovative workforce development support projects.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and reception support within a fast-paced training and development environment. You will be an effective planner, well organised, resilient and diplomatic. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative, and a positive and flexible approach to teamwork.  The role is office based, in Twyford near Winchester, and covers all the behind the scenes functions related to making training happen, with occasional opportunities to support training events and/or conferences as they happen.  In return, we provide full training for the role and offer support to develop and maintain wellbeing and resilience.

When applying, please ensure you detail how your previous projects, experience and strengths match our role requirements, and give examples of how you have used your skills to reinforce your application. We are unable to accept only a CV, although these can be uploaded along with your application. Our interviews aim to be relaxed and give us the chance to get to know you, as well as to understand your values and motivations.
