Reablement - Business Support Opportunity - The Role:

Due to the expansion of our Business Support Team we can offer a great opportunity in the Reablement Service for a Senior Administrative Assistant based at our Winchester Hub.


Joining our friendly Business Support Team working across 7 days, you will be providing support to our Occupational Therapists, Sensory Officers and Community Response Practitioners who collectively make up the Reablement Service in the South of Hampshire.  


Key Responsibilities:

  • Triage Function – managing telephone call coming into the office
  • Managing bespoke Databases 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 0365 – Outlook, Excel, and Word etc


Key Requirements:

  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proactive and flexible
