Night Nurse - Westholme HCC62490

Job Details:

Salary Range: £26,544 - £29,583 per annum pro rata (actual salary £17,216 - £19,187 per annum), plus a market supplement value of £3,000 pro rata, per annum
Work location: Westholme, Winchester
Hours per week: 24 (Nights)
Contract type: Permanent

We are currently offering an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated night nurse to join the team at Westholme, a nursing and residential home on the outskirts of historic, picturesque Winchester. We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and bed based reablement for hospital leavers. This means no two days are ever the same.

 

The service was recently rated as good in safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness and well led by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

What you'll do:

We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and bed based reablement for hospital leavers, so no two days are ever the same.

 

Our nurses deal with clinical diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for the ‘whole patient experience’ and build relationship with the people in your care.  Our service users are at the heart of everything we do, and our sole aim is to give them the dignity, respect and independence that they deserve.
