Rock 2 The Beat (R2tb) is one of our exciting new provisions that allow teachers to engage young people in music in an exciting and innovative way. Delivered in schools, R2tB approach musical learning through small ensemble and band experiences. Students in years 4 - 6 come together to participate in small group sessions led by an inspiring instrumental specialist along with wider group sessions that encourage a love of performing. These culminate in concerts which allow the students to experience the thrill of showcasing their skills on stage.  We have a particular need for teachers of Drum kit, Bass Guitar, Guitar, Keyboard and Vocals to help up build our rock and pop provision in schools.

Joining our R2tB team is your opportunity to engage a young person with your passion for music, to help them excel in their band or ensemble setting. It is amazing to come together and share that love of playing together, that is what makes Rock 2 the Beat really special.

This is a role where no two days are ever the same! With a varied option for teaching roles there are also exciting opportunities to work on projects to engage learners, to work with ensembles, world music projects, events, summer activities such as musical theatre productions, so many ways to share your passion for music!
