Are you interested in helping to shape a vital new service which will support some of the most vulnerable young people in Hampshire?  Do you have the skills to bring learning back to life, motivating and engaging learners in the next stages of their education?

Hampshire Achieves’ service, Future You is a unique and innovative hybrid provision, focused on providing a high-quality education and intervention package with a drive towards reintegrating young people back into mainstream education.  We are looking for creative individuals with a passion for inspiring those with significant barriers to learning, including SEN, mental health and medical conditions.  This service is being redeveloped to offer a much broader range of support and opportunities for these learners and you will be working with both individuals and small groups of learners in a variety of settings.

Our tutors need to be passionate about connecting with learners and constructing a skill-based curriculum to enable learners to move forward on their pathway to reintegration. Our team need to be self-directed, as this is a role which will involve online delivery as well as face to face and staff need to be prepared to work autonomously due to this combination.  We are looking for a range of subject experts and would particularly welcome applications from teachers of Maths or Science.  We are a flexible team and this role can be tailored to offer a full or part time opportunity and the chance to work entirely in person, online or a mix of the two depending on what you’re looking for.

Successful candidates will join a growing team ready to address a significant need in Hampshire and who are committed to providing excellence to young people at a vital stage in their educational journey.

In joining our team we can guarantee you:
•    Access to specialist staff with a range of expertise and experience
•    A friendly working environment where everyone is valued and opportunities for progression are explored
•    Opportunities to pursue the right educational choices through a learner centred lens
•    Opportunities to work across a range of specialist and secure settings, where appropriate, and to develop specific areas of expertise
•    Access to high quality CPD delivered by experts
•    4 weeks of directed CPD time when all settings are closed, in addition to contractual annual leave
•    A manageable workload which is flexible wherever possible and appropriate
•    Regular 1-1s and opportunities for reflective sessions led by experts
•    A new challenge every day
