Are you someone who loves to make a difference and can demonstrate outstanding skills in transformation consultancy and/or project management?
As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will lead innovative projects that enhance educational outcomes and operational efficiency across a diverse range of services. Reporting directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager, your role will encompass the entire project lifecycle—from conducting service reviews and implementing incremental changes to managing the project through to completion.
You will be multitasking a variety of exciting projects simultaneously, all within a supportive environment that values your expertise and offers ample opportunities for professional growth. This is an exciting role in a new team where your work will be driven by both commercial and public sector targets.
While an understanding of the education and inclusion sector is beneficial, it is not essential. What is crucial are your excellent communication skills, your drive to move projects forward, your ability to analyse and interpret data sets, and your strong commercial acumen.
