In our Highways Operation Centre (HOC), we are striving to deliver a service that is efficient and cost effective, whilst meeting the needs of Hampshire’s residents and our partners. We are always seeking opportunities for continuous improvement and looking to add value to the overall picture. 


This position will be an apprenticeship role with the expectation that the successful applicant will complete a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship. The apprenticeship will take a minimum of 12 months to complete.


You’ll play a vital role in the delivery of our core services and processes. A confident communicator and a dynamic problem solver, you’ll have a good eye for detail and be comfortable working with IT systems. Above all, you’ll be self-motivated, flexible and share our commitment to a culture of continuous improvement.
