Salary Range: £33,653- £37,876 per annum
Work Location: Four Chimneys, Winchester with county-wide travel
Hours per week: 37
Contract Type: Temporary until 30 September 2023. Secondments will be considered. There are three positions available, one of which will act as team leader.

Support employers to source apprenticeships, reduce skills gaps and create valuable new opportunities for young people


Over the next three years, the EM3 Apprenticeships and Skills Hub will support employers, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with an impartial service to source apprenticeships, develop their workforce and reduce skills gaps. In the current context this will provide important additional support for employers’ workforce planning in response to COVID-19 and create valuable new opportunities for young people. The project will link directly with the existing Solent Apprenticeship Hub with joint management arrangements to create a single, co-ordinated service for businesses across Hampshire, Isle of Wight and Surrey.


You will need to be knowledgeable in the field of Apprenticeships and Skills to improve the quality of information available to employers across north Hampshire and Surrey, supporting them to create opportunities across all sectors and at all levels. Previous experience working in an employer-facing brokerage role as well as with stakeholders, further education colleges, training providers and hard to reach groups will be essential.
