The Role:

Our Adults’ Health and Care Workforce Development team now has an opportunity for a Senior Admin Assistant to join us on our mission to work together with adult focussed  services to ensure quality care, wellbeing and positive outcomes for Hampshire’s residents. You will be part of a team that takes great pride in providing a broad spectrum of information, resources and expert-led training to inform, inspire and innovate.

In your role you will be committed to providing excellent customer service, ensuring our learners have a great experience. You will be involved in sourcing venues and provisions for training courses and large events, organising course materials and using up-to-date technology to liaise with both internal and external trainers and manage booking systems.

To deliver efficient course administration support to our team, you will use your excellent organisational skills, accuracy and attention to detail. A confident communicator, you will also be comfortable using IT systems, be flexible and share our commitment to providing excellent customer care.
