Job Details:

Salary Range:  £18,426 - £19,407 pro rata, per annum

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours per week: Full or Part-time (Hours negotiable, 22.2 hours per week minimum)

Work Location: Winchester

Closing Date: 01 March 2020

You’ll play a vital role delivering great customer service and transactional admin processing. A confident communicator, you’ll have a good eye for detail and be comfortable working with IT systems.

Role Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond to customer enquires, through a range of channels including telephone calls, email and CRM system.
  • To promote the self serve model and help educate our customers to self serve more effectively. 
  • Take ownership in resolving queries at first contact and escalating appropriately where necessary.
  • Following our customer contact model, you will provide a friendly, professional and positive experience for our customers whilst understanding the implications of quality and service requirements.
  • Using our corporate systems and procedures to process transactions, you will apply and maintain controls necessary to ensure accurate and timely work according to the agreed service standards.
  • Work with a range of computer systems to maintain, input, check and report on data and information. Systems include Excel, Word and internal systems such as SAP and C4C.
  • Provide assistance and flexibility with User Acceptance Testing during system enhancements.
  • Work as part of a team to coach colleagues, to help realise everyone’s potential to maintain high standards, meet the business needs and strive to continuously improve our service.
Role Requirements:

 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Understanding of and willingness to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Can be flexible and positive with the demands of the business.
  • Good IT skills and familiar with a range of software.
  • Works well in a team.
  • Organised and able to prioritise activities, often to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to achieve ‘right first time’.
  • Good follow up skills to be able to achieve pragmatic solutions within defined procedures.
  • Previous administrative experience.
Working Conditions:

 

  • Display Screen Equipment user.
Vetting Requirements:

 

The majority of these posts are subject to Non Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV). Further information about this process will be provided to successful candidates. Candidates must have resided in the UK for a minimum of 3 years for clearance to be obtained.
