Salary Range: £27,009 - £30,101 pro-rata, per annum plus £6,000 pro-rata Market Supplement

Hours per week: Day and Night shifts available

We are currently offering opportunity's for passionate and dedicated nurses to join the team at Hawthorne Court, a nursing home set in the beautiful Coldeast estate between Southampton and Portsmouth. We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and bed based reablement for hospital leavers. This means no two days are ever the same.

 

The service was recently rated as good in safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness and well led by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

 

Surrounded by a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, you will be fully supported in your determination to provide the highest quality care to our services users.  

What you'll do:

We deliver a broad range of healthcare services to older people with mental and physical health needs, offering long term dementia care and bed based reablement for hospital leavers, so no two days are ever the same.

 

Our nurses deal with clinical diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for the ‘whole patient experience’ and build relationship with the people in your care.  Our service users are at the heart of everything we do, and our sole aim is to give them the dignity, respect and independence that they deserve
