Transform Lives

The Nurses on the front line of Hampshire County Councils Adults Health and Care service do so much more than care, they transform lives. Our nurses are caregivers, advocates and true heroes of healthcare.

We are currently offering opportunities for passionate and dedicated Nurses to join the team at Bickerley Green, Ringwood. We encourage residents to be as independent as possible to enhance their quality of life and ensure a sense of wellbeing and fulfilment.

The service was recently rated as good in safety, effectiveness, care, responsiveness and well led by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

Our nurses deal with clinical diagnosis and treatment. You will be responsible for the ‘whole patient experience’ and build relationships with the people in your care.  Our service users are at the heart of everything we do, and our sole aim is to give them the dignity, respect and independence that they deserve. Surrounded by a well-resourced multi-disciplinary team, you will be fully supported in your determination to provide the highest quality care to our services users.

Hampshire County Council cares for those who care and we recognise the outstanding contribution you make to people’s lives, so in return we offer a commitment to your development and wellbeing, enabling you to be the best nurse you can possibly be. This is offered alongside a competitive benefits package.

Full COVID-19 vaccination status is no longer required as a condition of employment, but being fully vaccinated is strongly encouraged.
