Are you an experienced café manager with strong leadership skills and able to motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service skills?


Calshot Activities Centre is one of the largest outdoor activities Centres in the UK and is one of four outdoor Centres that makes up Hampshire Outdoor Centres (HOC). Situated in a unique position on the shores of the Solent, the facilities at the Centre include a state-of-the-art climbing wall, the only indoor velodrome on the South coast, and a dry ski slope.

The café at the Centre is in our main Sunderland Hangar and serves the many thousands of varied visitors throughout the year. We are seeking an experienced café manager to re-launch and manage the café to meet the needs of our existing customers as well as attracting new customers to the Centre. This is an exciting new role within Hampshire Outdoor Centres. We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join us in managing and transforming our café for the years ahead.  Find out more about the benefits of working for Hampshire County Council and the rewards we can offer you.
