We have a new and exciting role available for a Wellbeing and Community Involvement Coordinator to join our team at Cranleigh Paddock in Lyndhurst. You will enjoy the opportunity to be able to lead and engage staff members and the wider community, delivering and promoting high quality well being options for our residents.  


At Cranleigh Paddock our highly trained staff provide dedicated personal care tailored for individual residents, we pride ourselves on our core values of being respectful, promoting privacy, dignity and independence. We provide a varied and fast paced care setting that will support you to grow and develop as a member of the extended management team.

Joining a team that takes pride in providing a high-quality care services for our residents, we are looking for someone to lead on the development of new well being initiatives across the home, regularly liasing with all staff members ensuring a holistic approach to our residents overall wellbeing, making sure Cranleigh Paddock is a place at the centre of a community that our residents can really call home.


If you have experience providing first class well being opportunities, person centred support or have created and developed activity programmes designed to support individuals with their needs, then this could be the role for you!
