Salary Range: £19,265 - £20,290 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £15,620 - £16,451 per annum)

Work Location: Solent Mead Day Centre, Lymington

Hours per week: 30

We're looking for Day Opportunities Support Workers to join our team at a busy day service for Older Adults.


Ideally you'll have experience of working with adults with complex health conditions  including individuals living with dementia but this isn't essential. The ability to work in a team or lone working is essential. Most importantly though, we need someone with excellent communication skills and a positive approach to people. The ability to use initiative, to prioritise tasks, and to remain calm and focused in a pressurised environment are all desirable qualities, while being a team player with a sense of humour is essential.
