Hourly Rate:  £9.62 per hour plus 45p mileage allowance

Work Location: Manor Junior School, Farnborough (Multi site working)

Hours per week: 25.00 hours - Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Permanent, Term Time Only

As an award-winning caterer with over 500 sites, at HC3S we recognise the important role our catering service plays in providing pupils with a freshly prepared, healthy nutritious, tasty school lunch.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised Mobile Cook Supervisor to travel to various schools within the area above to provide cover and gain key experience. Each school kitchen is different so you will need to be friendly, flexible and able to adapt quickly to the kitchen and team of Catering Assistants you are leading each day.  Our Mobile Cook Supervisors provide a vital support network to our kitchen teams and work term time, during school hours.

 

You will lead a team of Catering Assistants to prepare, cook and serve lunch to pupils during the academic year. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills have the ability to cope in a busy environment, work at pace and deal calmly with unexpected situations. You will be an enthusiastic team leader with a hands on approach able to use your initiative to deliver an excellent service.

 

Experience of working in a similar catering environment is essential however we’ll give you all the training and ongoing professional development you need to succeed.
