Job Details:

Salary Range: £26,544 - £29,583 pro-rata, per annum 
Work Location: We have a range of exciting opportunities across Hampshire 
Hours per week: Flexible up to a maximum of 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent & Temporary

Would you like to be part of team responsible for making a real difference to lives of vulnerable adults?

 

Working as a Senior Caseworker you will be part of a supportive and friendly team working with other social/health care professionals to improve the wellbeing of younger adults or people with learning disabilities or mental health challenges. 


You will need to demonstrate a sound understanding of how to apply a strengths-based approach to practice, whilst being person centred and able to promote safe and effective social care services in accordance with the Care Act 2014. Under the supervision of a qualified social worker, you will assess service users in a variety of settings, including virtual platforms.  


Ideally, we are looking for people who have experience of working in a care support role with adults, who can demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with their colleagues, other professionals and the people who use our services.

As a senior case worker, you will need good organisational skills (including the ability to balance competing workload demands) and will need to travel independently across the county.

Full COVID-19 vaccination status will be required as a condition of employment. Recent legislation now mandates that anyone working in a CQC registered care home, which includes all regulated services in HCC Care, and those visiting in a professional capacity, must be fully vaccinated (MHRA approved) by 11 November 2021.
