Job Details:

Salary Range: £21,403 - £24,055 per annum
Work Location: Copper Beeches, Andover 
Hours per week: 37 (Includes working alternative weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent
Closing Date: 25 October 2021

The Role:

 

We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Chef to join our friendly and supportive team at Copper Beeches Residential Home in Andover. Playing a key role running our busy kitchen, ensuring our home is a caring and homely environment for our residents, our main priority is to find an individual who shares our values of being person centred, working together, accountability and resilience – could this be you?

 

As Chef Manager, you will prepare well balanced nutritional meals and maintain records such as temperatures and daily kitchen diaries. You will be responsible for supervising the catering team along with managing and controlling the catering budget, leading a team that is flexible, efficient and organised.


As an active member of the unit management team you will be involved with the recruitment and development of kitchen staff and contribute towards improvements for our service users.  

 

You will hold a basic food hygiene certificate and have previous catering experience.
