Location - Lyndhurst or Hamble

Salary - Unpaid - Volunteer role

Contract  - Permanent

Hours - minimum of 2, maximum of 15 per week

Closing date - Sunday 1st December 2019 at 2359hrs

We are looking for a Volunteer to join us to support our Internal Quality Assurance team in an administrative capacity.  The role can be based either at Lyndhurst or at our Southern Support & Training HQ in Hamble on a part-time basis for up to 15 hours per week.  

 

Your key resonsibilities will be:

  • To send e-mail reminders to line managers regarding Learning Development Review dates.
  • Arrange standardisation meetings, including booking venues, inviting attendees, sending out agendas, taking and typing up the minutes of meeting.
  • Assisting in updating IQA records where required.
