Come and be part of a team that is passionate about developing and using that enthusiasm to make a real difference in a new but supportive small team. You will be authorising all overtime for force, with the ability to use Microsoft Excel and you must possess a high level of attention to detail.

What is the role?


Overtime, Compliance and Reporting Team Administrator
 

Salary: Re-evaluated role to Scale 5, starting at £27,789 per annum

Location: Workplace will be Netley, but with hybrid working you will only need to attend this location one day per week (subject to review)

Hours: 37 per week on a flexitime working arrangement

Closing date:  Sunday 19th May 2024 at 23:59 hours
 

What can you bring to the role?


Our Resource Compliance team are looking for a keen individual who is able to problem solve, has a willingness to challenge with confidence, in line with regulations, policies and procedures. An intriguing mind and the ability to see the bigger picture will aid this person in their role and delivering the teams objectives. The role holder will need to be able to work independently and manage their own workload.
 

We ask that you are keen to expand your knowledge with duties that include:
 

  • Confidently assess all overtime claims for Police Officers and Police Staff and make decisions based on activity
  • Use our bespoke in house reporting tools to identify errors
  • Providing advice where appropriate on processes, keeping updated with changes
  • Prepared to challenge when required
  • A keenness to learn, maintain and develop knowledge of role
